Rooted in Ayurvedic principles, Amnanda Marma is a form of pain relief therapy that works through touch and energetic awareness. Unlike some forms of bodywork or counselling, this treatment honours the body’s own wisdom — allowing healing to arise from within. The therapist places their hand lightly on the area of discomfort and remains fully present while the client is invited to describe any images, sensations or emotions that arise. This imagery becomes a bridge to deeper healing.
How long does it take?
Can be highly effective and generally requires between just 1 to 3 sessions.
For some, a single session is enough. Others benefit from a short series to fully integrate the healing. You will be gently guided to tune into your own experience, without expectation or pressure.
